Job Description:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

•Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

•Identify opportunities for account growth and work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve them.

•Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future needs.

•Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

•Prepare and present reports on client activity, performance metrics, and satisfaction levels.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the railway or infrastructure industry.

•Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
